Shipping Information: Many of our products are very light to ship. This being the case, we recommend U.S Postal Service for most orders. UPS shipping is available for all orders. We do not ship COD. We can not ship to PO boxes thru UPS. APO and FPO addresses need extra time for shipping. Family affair attempts to keep all shipping costs to a minimum.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Our toy and gift items can be returned within 30 days of purchase with receipt. Call for a return authorization number first. It may be exchanged for something of equal value or your money refunded in the same payment manner. Unfortunately food items can not be returned. A restocking fee of 5% is charged for returned products. Orders can be cancelled within 36 hours of order placement by calling our toll free number (866)275-5160 or emailing.

1. How long will it take to receive my order? Family Affair ships out of Chesnee, S.C. Unfortunately we can not guarantee the exact date your order will arrive. We usually ship your order within 36 hours (excluding holidays). Remember Saturday and Sunday are not transit days with UPS. The East coast is 1 to 3 days, Mid west 3 to 4days, and the West coast may take a week. Next day, 2nd day and 3 day select are available if you need fast service.

2. What if my item is perishable? Our cheese, candy creations, and chocolae spoons may be affected by the heat. We take all precautions to pack every order with proper packaging. To the West coast, we would suggest next day, 2nd day or 3 day select to insure the packages won't sit in hot trucks over a weekend.

3. Can I track my order? Family Affair will send 2 confirmation e-mails. 1st when we receive your order and 2nd when we ship your order with tracking information.

4.How do I make a purchase? When you see find an item you like, click on it and then select form the pull down menu for flavor, color, size or style. Then click add to cart. You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout and follow the promps for the information needed.

5. What if a product is out of stock? Family Affair strives to keep a well stocked inventory at all times, but we do run out occasionally. If an item is not available call us on our toll free number and we can offer you a substitute or get it in for you. Some of our items are seasonal and are not available year round.

6. What type of payment do you accept? Family Affair recommends everyone use paypal. It is secure, safe and your information is protected. If you do not want Paypal you may print your order and mail it to us with your check or money order. Keep in mind this will slow down the processing of your order. We will ship when the check clears usually 7 business days.

7. Can I order by phone? Yes please call our toll free line at 866-275-5160. We accept Mastercard and Visa over the phone. We are available Monday thru Saturday 8 AM to 9 PM est with holiday extended hours.

8.Is there Sales tax? We are required by law to collect sales tax in S.C. and N.C.
