Our gourmet dips are made fresh. That is why each flavor has a unique, fresh out of the garden taste. All our dips are carb free! Most of our dips are made using 16 ounces of sour cream. Some mixes use 8 oucnes sour cream and 8 ounces mayonnaise. Cream cheese is used in the shrimp and crab dips and is also used to make cheese balls with all our dips. For low calorie dips use low calorie sour cream and mayonase.
